Privacy Policy
POLICY PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING
It is your responsibility to check the items upon delivery and pick-up Please check the condition and quantities of the items to make sure that they match the order you placed. The customer rents the items on an as is basis. The customer does acknowledge that he/she has personally inspected the items upon delivery, and they are in working order and suitable for his or her needs. The customer will be charged for all items that are missing, damaged there should not be any candles wax/candle burns on the tables or broken at the time of pick-up. Any monies in lessor’s possession will be used towards the replacement cost of any damaged or missing equipment, and a bill for the remainder (if any) will be mailed to the customer for immediate payment.
Delivery and pickup will be at the rental store convenience. There is an additional charge for delivery and pickup if there are stairs, or the driver has to make more than one trip to deliver or pick up the merchandise. Delivered merchandise must be kept in a sheltered location protected from the elements. Tables and chairs will be delivered stacked, and they must be stacked for pickup. There is an additional charge for set up or breaking down equipment (such as folding or gathering chairs). Product must be return clean.
Security deposits shall be held as liquidated damages in the event of default, as defined herein; if the customer for any reason cancels the agreement, the security deposit can be retained as liquidated damages. Lessor shall be reimbursed for all expenses and losses incurred of suffered as a result of the customers failure to complete any agreement. The customer is allowed two weeks (10 working days) to delete any items from their order without incurring any charges, after that time the customer is required to accept all merchandise on the order. A customer can at any time add items to the order before delivery if they are available. The customer acknowledges that one of the purposes and intent of the deposit is to secure and guarantee complete performance of the customers obligations under the contract. Deposit will be returned to customer providing the merchandise is return in the proper condition and on time. If customer cancels event within 7 days of event customer is responsible for half the price of the order.
The rental company will be held exempt from any and all permit fees that may be required as part of our delivery.
Brooks Table, Chair, and Tent Rental is not responsible for any damage to under-ground sprinkler systems or any underground utility services.
